OPL-6 Chain Sharpener

The sharpener automatically sharpens all popular chains available on the market. It can also be used to repair chains damaged by poor manual sharpening.

Elements exposed to abrasion, such as the pusher finger and guides of the sharpened teeth, are made of HM carbide.

The OPL-6 sharpener has a number of innovative solutions protected by patent.

The thickness of the fin (leading link) is measured and the feed clearance is set before the drives are turned on, while all other adjustments can be made with the feed drive and grinding disc turned on. Therefore, the sharpener has no equivalent that competes with the functionality of this sharpener and the ease of mastering its operation.

Strong ventilation of the sharpening zone together with a sedimentation tank and a particulate filter allows for operation in any room without exposure to the dust of the atmosphere in which the sharpener operates.
In addition, the OPL-6 has a compressed air cooling system for the sharpened tooth, which allows for intensive grinding of a very blunt chain without the risk of burning the cutting edge of the teeth.
